Jess and Jason were married at the Audobon Center on Sunday September 25th.  Jess was sure she didn't want floral centerpieces, and so decorative bowls of apples were decided upon.  The seasonal bounty would be donated to City of Hope food bank after the affair.  Jess and Jason are incorporating pieces of both of their families' cultures as well as including many of their friends and family's artistic talents as part of their special day.  Jason converted to Judaism, so there will be a chuppah and they will be married by a rabbi.  Jess wanted to 'jump the broom' to honor Jason's african american heritage.  A sunflower bouquet for the bride, and flower girls to scatter sunflower seeds complete the ceremony.
